Heavy-Duty All-Steel Melting Furnace for Foundry & Rebar Production

Our all-steel induction melting furnace is specially designed for heavy-duty foundry and metal recycling. It adopts thickened all-steel welded structure, featuring high structural rigidity, anti-deformation performance and longer service life, more suitable for large-tonnage continuous melting than aluminum shell furnaces.
 
With advanced induction heating technology, it realizes fast melting within 60-90 minutes per batch, high thermal efficiency and precise temperature control. Custom capacity from 0.5T to 15T and multi-voltage design can meet different regional demands. It is widely used for melting carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and cast iron.
 
Complete safety protection of overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating, water shortage and leakage ensures stable and safe operation. Dust collection, holding furnace linkage and remote monitoring are optional for higher production efficiency.
